The purpose of Black Wall Street 2.0 is to provide economic solutions to problems in the black community by helping to build a Free and Independent black economy. We proposes to do this by creating a VIRTUAL CORPORATION and connecting BOBs into a consortium; creating a larger umbrella to empower Independent Business Agencies (IBAs).
We all know the power of corporations to leverage a large number of talented professionals against the competition. This often works against small businesses otherwise less able to compete. However, by joining Black Wall Street 2.0, professionals can volunteer the same talent and knowledge to network with other professionals and help small black owned businesses who join us.
The Objective is to create a VIRTUAL UMBRELLA CORPORATION that can:
- Provide Corporate Governance and Oversight (BBBB)
- Facilitate business Development & Incubation
- Connect Industry Knowledge and Collaborate with IBAs
- Create HIVE FUNDING for IBAs
- Provide Sales & Marking Support for IBAs
- Procure supplies in bulk to pass lower prices to consumers
- Provide Internship & Apprenticeship opportunities
- Provide Opportunities to IBAs for AI & the MetaVerse
- Create a Sales Funnel to boost sales for IBAs through the BWS2.0 platform
- Create a Global vision for practical applications of Group Economics
note: Anti-Discrimination Policy BWS2.0 does not discriminate against people. However, we reserve the right to discriminate against non-minority business ownership. At least 51% of a business must be black-owned in order to meet our standard of inclusion.

We call our investment strategy the Economic Engine. This strategy reinvests in our community through companies and organizations that are either contributing financially or adding to our membership. We then use the money from our membership to directly advance our economic agenda. The more our membership grows the more of our agenda we can execute.
Cooperative Economics, for us, is not seeking an alteration of our system of government but rather cooperating as a group to survive the challenges of Capitalism on marginalized groups.
